Session 1 Spring

6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Mondays (May 1, 8, 15, 22, June 5 ,12)

9:00am to 10:00 am Saturdays (May 6, 13,20, June 3,10,17)

Session 2 Summer

6:00 pm-7:00 pm Mondays (June 19.26, July 10,17,24, 31)

9:00am-10:00 am Saturdays (June 24, July 8,15,22,29 August 5)

Children who take part in our 6 week Parent and Tot Program are taught the fundamental rules and skills of lacrosse, all while developing basic hand/eye coordination, engaging in exercise, and fun of the game. At least one parent should attend to engage in the fun. Each week will include instruction time for both child and parent on the sport of lacrosse, mini drills and activities. Each player will receive a stick and a shirt to keep. Children are required to wear eye protection. This is a non-contacted basic skills program.

Players will take part in a 6 week Indoor Lacrosse Program where they will learn the necessary skills of lacrosse from our coaching staff.  There will be some instruction each week on offense and defensive techniques followed by game simulated play.  Hockey or lacrosse helmet with full cage, shoulder pads, elbow pads, athletic supporter, mouth guard, shorts and sneakers are required. Players will receive a jersey, and can purchase a stick for $20 at the arena.  Short sticks only. We welcome players of all skill levels for our program.

LLAX is a recreation league, meaning general Box Lax rules apply but we do not encourage overly aggressive play. Fighting is not tolerated. We invite players of all abilities to join the league. There will be 6 games plus playoffs. Sign up as a team or as a free agent and we will try to find you a place to play. $125 per player team discounts available.
